Monday 12th June, 2023: The Arab Organization for Education, Culture and Science, (ALECSO), has honored Munib R Masri for his work through the Munib & Angela Masri Foundation (MAF) in education, culture and science in the Arab world. The ceremony took place at the organisation’s headquarters in Tunisia attended by ambassadors of Arab countries and a gathering of prominent Tunisian figures.
Mr. Munib Rabih Masri, Partnerships and Collaboration Manager at the Munib & Angela Masri Foundation, delivered a keynote speech on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at the Fourth Annual Geriatric Skills Enhancement in Primary Care (GEM) workshop hosted and organized by the American University of Beirut.
Kameel Kishek, the first Masri Fellow at the University of Texas’ Jackson School of Geosciences master’s program, recently celebrated his graduation with a master’s degree in Energy and Earth Resources.
Al-Quds University has been awarded a 5 star rating by the Quality Standards (QS) World University rankings, becoming the first Palestinian university to achieve this milestone.
In celebration of this achievement, the Munib and Angela Masri Foundation held a ceremony hosted by the University’s President, Dr Imad Abu Kishek and attended by staff, dignitaries, and representatives of other Palestinian educational institutions. Several government ministers attended including Dr Mahmoud Abu Moise, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr Mai Kaila, Minister of Health and Dr Mohammed Al- Shalada, Minister of Justice.
The Khoyoot Social Development and Training Center, a partner of the Munib and Angela Masri Foundation (MAF), was delighted to host an Eid party for more than fifty girls from the Al Baqa'a refugee camp in Jordan.
December 4, 2022: The municipality of Nablus has today inaugurated Munib Rashid Masri Street, funded by the Munib & Angela Masri Foundation (MAF). The inauguration ceremony was attended by members of the Masri family, representatives from the Ministry of Local Government and Ministry of Transportation, Sami Al-Hajawi, Mayor of Nablus and several prominent figures.
On Monday 13 March, Omar M Masri, board member of the Munib and Angela Masri Foundation (MAF) opened the head office of the Khoyoot Center for Social Development and Training in Al Baqa’a Refugee Camp on the northern side of Amman, Jordan.
